With headquarters in Beverly Hills and offices worldwide, Endeavor represents artists in film, television, music, theatre, digital media, and publishing. It also has interests in sports, including the NFL and NHL, and owns the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Miss Universe brands. In 2017, Endeavor launched Endeavor Content, which finances and markets films and television productions.
Design details
For the last three television markets, Endeavor returned to Cannes, using part of the Gare Maritime next to the Palais des Festivals on the Old Port. This location offered a large terrace and spacious open-plan interior, ideal for facing the yachts.
Working again with the London-based communications agency, we created a versatile environment. It included formal and informal working zones, a presentation area, and a refreshments bar.
The design followed a bistro-style loft with industrial touches. We used parquet-style flooring, distressed brick panels, and galvanised metal effect vinyl on existing doors. The bistro bar featured a custom-built backbar and living wall, softening the industrial feel. Suspended filament lighting, Chesterfield sofas, comfortable armchairs, bistro tables and chairs, and a large display bookcase completed the theme.
Finally, wooden planters formed screens around the two terraces, which were furnished with corner seating and tables. Accessories and floral décor added the finishing touch, creating a striking and welcoming exhibit.
