Following a merger in April 2021 with the US-based Spanish-language broadcaster Univision, our long-standing client Televisa returned to the Cannes television markets at MIPCOM 2022. At this event, they launched their new brand: TelevisaUnivision.
Design details
As a result, a new brand required a new stand. Los Angeles–based agency Claire O’Farrell Design contacted Button Design to build the exhibit. The stand is bright and eye-catching, with large back-lit logos running along the exterior wall.
In addition, five small meeting rooms run the length of the stand. They stretch from the reception area to the open-plan hospitality zone, which includes the staffed ‘Cafécito’ bar, a self-service counter, and a large conference room with a glazed wall.
Furthermore, the stand features a large open-plan terrace facing the port and the old town of Cannes. It is furnished with comfortable lounge seating, creating an ideal setting for the various events hosted during the market.
Finally, the new branding appears in a strong colour palette of inky blue, soft white, punchy orange, and warm wood tones. The company’s product and screening content appear in chic wooden frames. These displays coordinate with decorative accessories to create a relaxed yet sophisticated environment.
