Arabian Centres Company (ACC) is the leading owner and operator of shopping centres in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ACC owns, operates, and manages 21 shopping centres and complexes across the country’s 11 largest cities.
Design details
At Mapic 2022, Button Design had the privilege of collaborating with ACC for the first time. As a result, we created a stand that met their high expectations, using premium materials and finishes.
The design, created by ACC’s architect and Head of Design Nicolas Gaito, featured various Riyadh sandstone-effect walls in square shapes softened by curved angles. Meanwhile, strong vertical edges highlighted the crisp white interiors of the semi-private meeting areas. Overhead hanging fascias and black lighting frames continued the theme above the open-plan central area, which included three model displays of new projects.
In addition, large LED screens in the meeting spaces showcased a combination of shopping centres and Saudi fashion. Furthermore, this content was highlighted throughout the stand with mannequins dressed by two Saudi designers and double-height vertical LED walls displaying dynamic fashion content.
Finally, visitors enjoyed activities on the stand throughout the market, including cocktails, canapés, and live demonstrations by the celebrated calligrapher Wissam Shawkat. Overall, the stand created a striking and memorable experience for all attendees.
